The terminology we use throughout the following Terms and Conditions refers only to us, KR Carts and Harness and you – the purchaser.

Through laying out these terms and conditions clearly, we have defined the conditions of payment, return, customer feedback and more for the absolute clarity and understanding of all potential purchasers. Rest assured, we meet your – the purchasers’ – needs in the most appropriate, legal manner possible.

KR Carts and Harness adheres to prevailing United Kingdom Law, and will never misrepresent or mislead our clients in respect to the provision of our stated products.

14 Day Return Policy
Your product must not have been used. The product must also be in original packaging complete with tags. If your product is not in the original packaging with all tags remaining we will not accept the refund.

Product Exchange
Product exchange is accepted within 14 days from purchase, on the condition that the product was faulty when purchased and not when used.

Refunds
All refunds are subject to full shipping and postage charges. Returns postage is the responsibility of you, the purchaser.

Safe Return
You, the purchaser are also responsible for the safe return of the item, which should be recorded by post and delivery.

KR Carts accepts no responsibility for return items lost in the post. Returns received used or damaged or without original packaging will not be accepted. Be aware that sale items are non-returnable.

Customer Comments and Feedback
You are solely responsible for any comments you make regarding our business, any comments posted by you or any comments posted by a third party. We may have no obligation to monitor, editor or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive or threatening.

We have the right to change price, offers, shipping and availability where necessary.

Please only purchase products from KR Carts if you are competent and able in any of the products we sell. KR Carts hold no responsibility for injury or damage if these products are misused or misappropriated.
